Victory Paving is a commercial asphalt and concrete contractor based in Gaffney, South Carolina, led by owner Tony DiMascio. We work with property managers, industrial facilities, retail centers, and institutional campuses across Upstate South Carolina.
We are locally owned, commercial focused, and built around a crew that carries over 100 years of combined experience in asphalt and concrete.

Tony built Victory Paving with a clear idea of what the company should be: a contractor that treats commercial parking lots and industrial sites as the main event, not filler work between residential driveways.
That focus shapes everything. We know how to phase a job around tenants and business hours. We know what a school district’s summer window actually looks like. We know that a distribution yard taking loaded freight needs a different build than a strip mall lot.
We are not trying to be the biggest paving contractor in the Upstate. We set out to be the one property managers across the region actually trust with their pavement.
What Makes Our Approach Different
Most pavement problems start underneath, long before anyone sees a crack. Clay subgrade holds water and shifts with the seasons, and winter freeze thaw cycles split asphalt from below. That is why we spend the time on base work and drainage that other crews rush.
We grade for real runoff, build a base that can carry the load your property actually puts on it, and compact correctly at the right temperature. Timing and prep are often what separate pavement that performs for years from pavement that starts failing far earlier than expected.
You also deal directly with the people running the company. No call center, no runaround.

Our production manager has spent 30 years in asphalt and concrete. Across the crew, that adds up to more than a century of combined experience on commercial work.
This past year we paved two college campuses. Large, phased projects that required careful scheduling around active traffic and campus operations.
