Victory Paving is a commercial asphalt and concrete contractor based in Midland, North Carolina, led by owner Tony DiMascio. We work with property managers, industrial facilities, retail centers, and institutional campuses across North Carolina, with Midland serving as our geographic hub for Charlotte and the surrounding priority markets.

What Makes Our Approach Different
Most pavement problems start underneath, long before anyone sees a crack. Clay subgrade holds water and shifts with the seasons, and winter freeze-thaw cycles split asphalt from below. That is why we spend the time on base work and drainage that other crews rush.
We grade for real runoff, build a base that can carry the load your property actually puts on it, and compact correctly at the right temperature. Timing and prep are what separate pavement that lasts fifteen years from pavement that fails in three.
You also deal directly with the people running the company. No call center, no runaround.
